Dragonscale Armor is most effective when worn by heroes capable of generating shields, such as Madeline and Eliana. Whenever a shield is acquired, the armor’s passive ability is activated, providing the wearer with resistance against ranged damage.
The active rage skill “Entangling Flames” bestows a boon shield and keen to up to 3 legions within a small radius of the wearer. If ranged legions are in close proximity, they can also benefit from this buff. This knowledge is particularly valuable when battling Darklings.
