Bakhar is a competent garrison commander, but early on in the game, it's unlikely that you'll be defending your city very often. Therefore, it may not be necessary to prioritize his garrison talents early on. Instead, Bakhar can be a valuable early game hero as a PvP commander leading infantry units. It's recommended to steer clear of his skill talents and focus on investing in his infantry talents for the best results.
