Maximizing Efficiency in Your Daily Account Management
Maximizing efficiency in your Call of Dragons account involves two main aspects: daily time management and resource management (Gold, Stone, Mana, Wood, Merits, Elixir, and Command Points). This Call of Dragons guide attempts to share insights into daily strategies to maximize daily account growth.
Donate to Alliance Technology:
Don’t forget to make use of your daily alliance donations. It is advisable to contribute to the technology chosen by the alliance leadership. You can store up to 20 donations at a time, and each donation regenerates every 30 minutes. It takes 10 hours to fully recharge your command points.
Tip: To donate the maximum amount to your alliance technology, aim for high rankings in the daily donation rewards every other day. Save up the maximum number of donations and spend them immediately when the server resets at 0:00. Accumulate your donations throughout the day and ensure to use them all before going to bed, after waking up, and again before the next server reset. By following this strategy, you can donate the maximum number of times. Remember, if you donate every day, you won’t reach the maximum amount since you will have depleted your donations when the server resets.
Collect Territory Resource Earnings & Gifts:
Every day, alliance territory grants resource bonuses to all members. You can store up to 24 hours’ worth of territory resources, so claim them as soon as possible. Additionally, claim Alliance Gifts as they may contain valuable items such as speed-ups, honor points, and gems.
Visit the Goblin Merchant
Make sure to check the Goblin Merchants inventory whenever they arrive at your city. Prioritize purchasing speed-ups, followed by medals, resources, and boosts. Always buy the items that are available for purchase with resources (except boosts until resource producing buildings are at an adequate level). Avoid buying items that cost gems.
Tip: If you are currently in Season 1, it is unlikely that your buildings have reached a level high enough to generate a surplus when using resource production boosts, unless you are a heavy spender. Therefore, it is recommended to prioritize acquiring and utilizing the 24-hour gathering speed boost instead, until your resource-producing buildings reach an average level of 23.
Defeat Acolytes and Collect Manastones:
Prioritize defeating the Behemoth’s Acolytes to acquire new Manastone bonuses before proceeding with upgrading infrastructure, researching technologies, and training units. Coordinate with your alliance and friends to make battles smoother and share the rewards.
Tip: You can only obtain 10 Acolyte rewards per day, so it is advisable to let others defeat the remaining Acolytes. This way, you can share the rewards with everyone.
Tip: When collecting manastones, it is recommended to deploy a single Flying Commander with mobility talent, along with one tier 3 flying unit, or a Cavalry Commander with one tier 2 cavalry unit, to achieve maximum travel speed. This approach offers the added advantage of minimizing troop loss to just one unit in case of enemy attacks.
Identify Current Events
Before engaging in any activities, it is crucial to plan your day around important events. This ensures that you do not accidentally make it more difficult or impossible to complete the events and obtain their rewards.
Building/Training/Researching:
Give priority to acquiring new Manastone bonuses before building, researching, and training tasks. Start by obtaining a building bonus, then focus on constructing new infrastructure, obtaining a research bonus, conducting technology research, and securing a training bonus for training units.
Deplete all CP (Command Points):
After queuing up all your daily tasks, assess the available events to determine how to allocate your command points (CP). Typical options include defeating Darklings, raiding Darkling Towers, or taking down spawned Dark Elianas. Once you have used up all your CP, return to the Behemoth lairs to collect a CP-regenerative Manastone, which remains active for the full 8-hour duration.
Tip: Allocate a portion of your CP to defeat the required number of Darkling Legions and obtain the daily artifact chest keys. Afterwards, utilize the remaining CP to conquer Darkling Forts.
Tip: If you have Gwanwyn, Liliya, and Eliana, and have invested in the Peacemaker tree, consider acquiring the talents “Predestination” and “War Trophy”. “War Trophy” grants your legion additional item rewards upon defeating Darklings and Dark Creatures, while “Predestination” provides you with 5 extra level 1 Tactics Manuals for each victory against Darklings and Dark Creatures. This amounts to 500 extra experience per legion. With all three legions equipped, you can gain an additional 1,500 experience, which can significantly accumulate over the course of a season.
Merit Farming:
If you have a friend outside of the alliance, consider engaging in friendly duels to exchange merits until all Elixir is used up. Additionally, if your alliance has designated a “Fort Merit Farm,” remember to reinforce the fort with your army when defending and to attack the fort when you are on the offensive.
Tip: It is recommended to overload your Hospital with three times the amount of Elixir you can produce at once. This way, you can continuously heal your troops throughout the day as your Elixir replenishes, avoiding wasted opportunities to spend it. Additionally, this increases the amount of merits you can potentially obtain in one session of fights.
Inspect Merit Store:
The Merit Store inventory resets daily, offering new items for purchase. Make it a habit to check the Merit Store daily to see the available items. When spending your Merits, prioritize purchasing gold keys first, followed by speed-ups, Elixir, and finally resources.
Use Resource Production and Gathering Boosts
Make sure to utilize resource production and gathering boosts effectively. It is recommended to have a 24-hour gathering boost at all times, and if your buildings have reached the necessary levels, also consider using 24-hour mana, gold, wood, and stone boosts.
Gather Resources
The last thing to do is to send out all of our gatherers to collect resources while under the effects of a 24-hour gathering boost and gathering speed Manastone. If possible, try to gather the resource that matches a heroes skills and talent bonuses.
